Take the Fresno Housing and Community Needs Survey!

The City of Fresno is developing its 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice.    

These plans will identify community development and affordable housing needs and set priorities for investment of federal grant funds to address them. They are required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the City to receive funds through the Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG), the Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV/AIDS program (HOPWA). 
 

Your input is essential to help us focus our efforts and the limited resources we have on the programs and services that are truly important and needed in our community and neighborhoods.
