Read and Comment on the Draft Plans

To provide input, all residents are invited to read the draft plans and provide comments by downloading the draft plans below and submitting comments using the form below. Residents may also view the plans and submit comments in-person from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday at the Planning and Development Department, 2600 Fresno Street, Fresno, CA 93721. The City will accept comments on the draft plans during a 30-day public comment period from March 3 to April 3, 2025.
The Council of the City of Fresno will conduct a public hearing at 10:05 AM or thereafter on May 1, 2025, to receive comments on the draft plans before consideration of the plans for adoption. The public hearing will be conducted in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall located at 2600 Fresno Street, Fresno, CA 93721. Participation instructions will be available 72 hours before the hearing at fresno.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx.
